Search for Trucks would be limited to and only available to Shippers and
Carriers who pay an upcharge to get this service.
Why would Shippers want it? To be able to activly search for trucks to
carry thier available loads or to be able to braoker loads
Why would Carriers want it? To be able to find trucks to carry or broker
loads the don't have a truck or truck in place for... (i.e. for a load from a
high profile customer)
